Date: June 15th Event: Ministry Coordinators Meeting Time: 6:30 p.m. Place: Association Office Date: September 2nd Event: 'One Day' Training Session for all local participants Time: 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 mp.m. Place: 1st Baptist Church Russellville Date: September 30th & October 1st Event: Site Box preparations Time: All Day Place: Crow Mountain Baptist Church Date: October 2nd Event: ‘One Day’! Kick-off: Cyclone Stadium 7:30 a.m.- Light Breakfast will be available until 9 a.m. 8:30 a.m.- Leadership training for Ministry and Site Leaders and Required training for Door-to- Door Evangelism and Prayer Teams 9:00 a.m. - Kick-Off Rally begins 10:00 a.m. Ministry Sites Open 11 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. - Lunch is served! (hamburger or hot dog) 3:00 p.m. - All Ministry Sites clean-up / pack up 3:30 p.m. - Headed back to Kick-Off Site 4:00 p.m. - Celebration Rally 4:30 p.m. - On the road home!
