The Arkansas River Valley Baptist Association The ARVBA is made up of thirty six unique congregations. Each of these fully independent churches has chosen to associate with the others in the ongoing task of sharing God’s Word with the River Valley Population. Our ‘flocks’ understand we can do more together than we could ever hope to do individually. Much has changed in the 80+ years since the Dardanelle and Russellvile Associations came together to form the ARVBA. Churches, pastors, and Associational Missionaries have all come and gone but one thing has remained constant. That is Jesus’ declaration that all His people were to be focused on doing one thing until His return… “but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth." Acts 1:8 (NASB)
