“Celebrate a festival in My honor three times a year.” Exodus 23:14 (HCSB) One of the best ways to introduce people to Christ’s church is to let them see us play! Of course, if we invite them to play with us, the introduction is taken to a whole new level. The ARVBA believes strongly in doing all we can to help our member churches reach their communities with quality Block Parties, Carnivals, and Fall Festivals. Each of our two ‘Rec Trailers’ are equipped with Pop-corn, sno-cone, and cotton candy machines plus all the ingredients to serve 100 party goers. In addition to these staples, we recently added professional grade inflatables to the mix! Each trailer is equipped with two and we even have generators available for those times when electricity is just not reachable. For a small ‘restocking/maintenance fee, these mobile units can be ready to go when you are ready to pick them up! Of course, no festival-type enterprise would be complete without games & prizes! To that end, we have added just the right kind of carnival games to give that outdoor outreach the little extra kick it needs, These include but are not limited to: Plinko, Putt-Putt, Wheel-O-Fortune, Football & Baseball Toss, Ring Toss, etc. Plans are to add one or two per month as needed. Remember, these do have to be reserved in advanced so call Mrs. Tena as soon as you know the date of your event!

To make our Recreation Outreach Ministry even more benificent for our churches, we recently purchased several inflatables to be rented in addition to or seperate from the Rec. Trailers. These will also be available for rent for a small maintenance fee. (to help offset insurance costs and any repairs/replacements that may occur) Of course, no festival-type enterprise would be complete without games & prizes! To that end, we have added just the right kind of carnival games to give that outdoor outreach the little extra kick it needs, Presently these include Plinko, Putt- Putt, Wheel-O-Fortune, Bowl-A-Hole, Croquet, etc. Plans are to add one or two per month as needed. Remember, these do have to be reserved in advanced so call Mrs. Tena as soon as you know the date of your event!
